I've been seeing more and more of the effects of drinking hot water.
Upon further investigation, I found out that hot water used to be called "cooled water" and was also drunk by sick people.

Drinking hot water seems to have a positive effect on the body. It has a detoxifying effect, improves skin problems, and relieves stiff shoulders. It's not a medicine, but it's easy to continue drinking it. Hot water has no taste, so it may not be enough at first, but you'll get used to it as you continue drinking it!
There are many different tools for boiling water, but if you boil tap water in an iron kettle, the water becomes surprisingly mellow and sweet, making it a great way to replenish your iron intake.
